Johnny's Take: 13 is part lounge, part club, and part oasis. Spanning 3 floors, including an open Roof Deck (!!!), 13's décor and atmosphere are reminiscent of a retro Martini Lounge with a futuristic look.
Flocks of booze loving singles and collegiate super-stars occupy this Union Square drinking destination that takes pride in its super cool "rooftop bar." See pictures below to get a sense of this great space:
As for music, DJs Degree & Nomad will play a mix of Hip-Hop, R&B, Rock, House, Pop and 80's.
